Welcome to DREAM! DREAM places a high premium on having fun, dreaming big, thinking outside the box and creating opportunities for youth to thrive and believe that anything is possible! DREAM’s Village Mentoring model builds upon the adage that “it takes a village to raise a child” and uses a community oriented approach to mentoring and empowering youth living in affordable housing. If you want to work for an organization which encourages you to be creative, silly, energetic, thoughtful and passionate about creating positive changes for youth, than maybe you’d like to join our team. We are currently seeking Summer Community Interns at our recently launched Philadelphia office.

DREAM’s mission is to build communities of families and college students that empower youth from affordable housing neighborhoods to recognize their options, make informed decisions and achieve their dreams. DREAM is a small but growing organization, recently launched in the city of brotherly love. After a successful spring program, we are looking forward to kicking off our summer session.
